Returns & Exchanges
You can return your unwashed, unworn, brand new Hunt Club products with tags still attached within 10 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your goodies for any reason, please contact email@example.com with the following information:
1. Order number (located in the top right corner of your packing slip or confirmation email)
2. Items you would like to return
3. Why you are making your return/exchange
4. Your preference for a refund or product to receive in exchange (size, color etc.)
To process USA exchanges, Hunt Club will mail you your new product with a postage-paid envelope for you to mail back the unwanted item. Simply slip the item inside, seal the envelope and drop in your nearest post office box. Easy peasy! The return package MUST be mailed within 3 days of receiving it, otherwise the postage will expire and you will pay return shipping for the package.
To process USA returns, Hunt Club will mail you a postage-paid envelope for you to mail back your unwanted item free of charge. The return package MUST be mailed within 3 days of receiving it, otherwise the postage will expire and you will pay return shipping for the package. Once we receive the item to be returned, we will issue your refund via whichever payment processor your order was completed with (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Depending on the processor, full reimbursement could take up to 3-5 business days.
To process exchanges and returns for items originally shipped to Canada or outside of the USA, the customer will have to pay the postage from the originating country and send Hunt Club a receipt for the postage and it will be reimbursed to the customer when the item is received back at Hunt Club. Postage reimbursement will be up to the cost of the original shipment. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
The Fine Print:
Please note that Hunt Club can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser value product and a partial refund. Hunt Club does not store payment information and cannot charge your original payment method for a more expensive item. If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a more expensive item, a second transaction will be processed using PayPal to cover the difference.
Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser, an exchange, or store credit. Hunt Club can only accept returns for items purchased through our store or our website. All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your Hunt Club products were purchased (see our retailer list for a complete list of Hunt Club retailers). Hunt Club cannot exchange full price items for those purchased at a sale price. Hunt Club cannot refund expedited shipping charges. Hunt Club cannot process returns for customers residing outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.
