      • How can I make an exchange or return?
        • Orders placed in December 2020 can be returned or exchanged until January 5th, 2021. During the rest of the year, the regular return/exchange timeframe is within 10 days of purchase. Please check out our Returns & Exchanges page for more detailed information about how to make a return or exchange.
      • Do you sponsor riders?
        • We do not sponsor riders at this time. 
      • Can you send me free products to review on my blog?
        • We do not send out complimentary products to amateur blogs at this time. If you believe your blog or publication is a special case, please drop us an email at hello@shophuntclub.com.
      • Do you offer group or team discounts?
        • We offer a group discount for teams, barns etc. who wish to purchase 10 or more of the same Derby Belt. Depending on quantities desired and product availability, please allow for a 2-3 week turnaround time. Bulk orders can be placed via email: debra@shophuntclub.com
      • Can you make custom Derby Belts for sports teams?
        • We are happy to work with recognized IEA, IHSA and NCEA riding teams to create custom Derby Belts for their members! Teams can customize the tag and color of their belts to match their specific team colors. The minimum order quantity for custom team belts is 20 belts. If you wish to place an order for custom team Derby Belts, or would like more information about our customization process, please email us at: sara@shophuntclub.com.
      • Do you offer 2XL or 3XL sizes?
        • As a small business it’s hard for us to keep every single size in stock, but if you are looking for a special size we do not carry we would be happy to special order it for you! Please email debra@shophuntclub.com to place your special order. Feasibility of special orders is subject to product and size availability from manufacturers.
      • Do you wholesale to tack shops?
        • We do! Please review our retailer list to see if there is a Hunt Club retailer in your area. If you are a tack shop looking to stock Hunt Club products, please send us an inquiry email at debra@shophuntclub.com to place your order.
      • Do you have a physical location I can visit?
        • We do not have a storefront that is open to the public at this time. Our private design studio is located in Allison Park, PA - 20 minutes northeast of downtown Pittsburgh.
      • Why do your packages take longer to ship than Amazon?
        • We feel you. Although we ship daily, Amazon has a privately owned delivery system that allows them to deliver within two days. We ship via USPS, which tends to take a bit longer.
      • How long does shipping usually take?
        • Most orders are shipped within a day from the time when they are received. Charms, jewelry, and other items made by hand may take a day or two longer. Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout.
        • Please allow 3-4 days for domestic orders within the US and 5-10 days for delivery to Canada. International orders may take up to 3-5 weeks for delivery. Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. Hunt Club is not responsible for these fees.
      • How can I track my order?
        • Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location information. Depending on where you are in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the USPS origin scan. With USPS, packages can only be tracked within the continental US. If your domestic shipment information hasn’t been updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please send us an email at hello@shophuntclub.com
